Ian,
This map looks like what Amy and I found yesterday. It's perennial downstream of
Point B.

Please see the attached map showing the location of the stream assessment reach "Point B", the original limits
of disturbance and the revises limits of disturbance. If you have questions or need me to send you a hard copy
please let me know.

Ian
Chad and Amy met me yesterday to conduct the stream assessment you requested. We found that the
transition point from intermittent to perennial was downstream of our limits of disturbance. In others words the
City is only impacting the intermittent section of the stream. I have attached the stream form to this email. I will
be producing a map to show the location of the limits of disturbance to the stream assessment /transition point.
I hope to be able to send the map out tomorrow.
The transition point was in close proximity of our limits of disturbance. I estimate the distance to be 10-20 feet.
To reduce the potential of inadvertent impacts to the perennial portion of the stream, we have decided to pull the
limits of disturbance back slightly to provide some additional buffer. I will attempt to show this on the map
referenced above.
Based on the results of the stream assessment, we do not plan to modify the mitigation package submitted to
you on 10/31/07 via email. If this is acceptable to you please let me know; I would like to notify the City ASAP.
If you have any questions please let me know.
Thanks
Bob
