Alan,
As I understand it this will still be an IP for the Davis Lake project only. We are currently revising the
drawings to only include this project and the non -jd conveyance just upstream from this pond. I believe we will
be close to resubmitting this week or next. We do not have enough design information to permit the other
projects at this time and there is not a plan in place currently to move these projects forward.

What is the status of this? It supposed to be an IP and was submitted back in June. Appeared pretty
straightforward. Is UNCC still moving forward? I believe we asked for additional information for the overall
master plan, as well as accumulated with the past impacts. Plus, where proposed impacts are over laid on an
aerial. It was mentioned about possibly breaking out some projects, but for clarity keeping all under one
permit appeared to be a better process.
For now, it is still considered an IP.
