Section 121.4(a) and 121.5(b)(7), and (c)(5)]. This rule requires that 401 applicants request a pre -ding meeting at least 30 days prior to submitting their 401 application. In turn, the Federal Rule requires that applicants include documentation of their pre -filing meeting request in their 401 Certification application.
