Thanks for chatting with me about this project. It appears that it was issued by Sam out of the Central office, so I copied
her here as an FYI.

It appears that those additional buffer related items (greenway installation and one driveway crossing) would be issued
out of the local delegated authority of Durham since this is in Jordan Lake and not utilizing public funds. I would
recommend reaching out to them for any additional items they might require.
