Subject: SAW-2023-02452 Timber Ridge Enterprises Request for Additional Information

Thank you for your PCN, dated December 15, 2023, for the Timber Ridge Enterprises access project. I have reviewed the
information and need additional information before proceeding with verifying the use of Nationwide Permit (NWP) 14.
Please submit the requested information below within 30 days of receipt of this notification, otherwise we will consider
your application withdrawn and close the file.

1. Please provide a copy of the NC Forestry Management Plan

2. Justification is required for the proposed size of the road crossing as it appears it would exceed the purpose and
need for timber access. If there are additional development plans for the site for a later date, please provide.
