Attached is a draft of the proposed revision for the entrance and access road for HE-0013, the Leap Frog Project. The
draft shows the relocation of the northern entrance to avoid conflict with the gas line near the fire station. The
consultant is working on the permit drawings and the revised impact table. I don't believe that the revisions will exceed
the impact limits of the permit we are proposing to use. The new crossing impacts should be offset by the elimination of
the impacts near the fire station entrance depicted on the original set of draft plans.
