NARRATIVE SUMMARY
GENERAL INFORMATION:
GENERAL PROGRAM INFORMATION:
During this reporting period, the POTW did not update any of the Program Elements.
The POTW reviewed the information on the attached "Pretreatment Program Info
Database" and noted an update to the Town contact personnel.
NCDEQ reissued the NPDES Permit with an effective date of December 1, 2022,
Please note the Town submitted a letter to NCDEQ dated October 13, 2023
confirming the reissued Permit did not include any changes affecting the
Pretreatment program elements.

SIU INFORMATION:
1. Harger Lightning (001)
SIGNIFICANT NONCOMPLIANCE (SNC) INFORMATION:
No SNC Events.
OTHER INFORMATION:
During the reporting period, Harger met the Permit limitations and
conditions. During the second compliance period, Harger installed some
new manufacturing equipment which disrupted the discharge and their
normal sampling schedule in December. During the months of November
and December they did not discharge any process wastewater. Harger did
not complete the self -monitoring during the second compliance period.
Harger did inform the POTW of the planned disruption. Harger anticipates
the discharge of process wastewater will resume by February 2024.
The POTW completed its required sampling and inspection.
