Good Afternoon Mitchell, Thank you again for your input and timely site visit to the AB Tech Haith Branch and Gulley Restoration Site. Based on our discussion at the site visit, I have adjusted the following items originally submitted in the ePCN Supporting Documentation package. 1. Shift UT1 stream start point upstream to where oxidized iron was observed. The new stream classification point was marked in the field with a GPS and adjusted in the Figure 3 Delineation Map along with new stream lengths. Coordinates were updated on the NCDWQ forms. New stream lengths and coordinates were updated in the PJD Form. Impacts have been adjusted on the Figure 5 Aquatic Resource Impact Map. Wildlands will ensure any stormwater catchments are constructed outside of the adjusted jurisdictional features. Shift UT2 stream start point upstream to where hydrology features remained strong in the channel. 3. Call out channels above jurisdictional stream features as a stormwater conveyance. The channels were labeled as stormwater conveyance in Figure 3 Delineation Map. In reference to the comments received via email on 1122124, items 2-5 will not apply moving forward because the upper channel was not deemed potentially jurisdictional. Additionally, the designers minimally adjusted the Limits of Disturbance (LOD) from 4.7 to 4.9 acres to accommodate for an adjusted access road. The road will not introduce any new impacts as it runs along a hillside and remains outside of any jurisdictional features. The LOD adjustment has been included in the Figure 3 Delineation Map and Figure 5 Aquatic Resource Impact Map. Please let me know if this is sufficient documentation and/or if there is an issue with the adjustment. Figures, NCDWQ forms, and PJD form attached.
