On behalf of Capital Associates and DHIC, we are applying for a Nationwide Permit 39 from the US Army
Corps of Engineers (USACE) and Water Quality Certification 4263 from the NC Division of Water
Resources (DWR) for proposed impacts to jurisdictional waters associated with the project known as
Ting Park Commercial Tract (DHIC Sportsmanship Way). Originally, this project was known as My
Computer Career. The purpose of the proposed project is to establish an information technology
training and certification center to be accessed via Sportsmanship Way and North Main Street in Holly
Springs, Wake County, North Carolina.
The Pre -Construction Notification Application, a list of the attachments to the Pre -Construction
