The current permit became effective on July 1, 2021 and expires on December 31, 2025. A 12-month compliance history was review from November 2022 through October 2023. Two violations for CBOD were reported, one on 03-2023 for a Monthly Average Limit violation (Reported 5.47 mg/1) and one Weekly Average violation on 04-2023 (Reported 9.04 mg/1). Wastewater Performance Report for fisical year 2022-2023 was reviewed on Union County web site. 12-Month average flow for calendar year 2022 was caculated at 5.753 MGD or 76.7% of permitted flow.
