Sue,
whether it's formal or not is arguable (in my opinion), Daryl made the call but
just didn't send anything out in writing on it. with that said I really can't see
you all deciding to go higher than the Corps did, so it's a bit of a mute point
either way.
I appreciate the heads up though. See you next Monday.

We only have our meeting notes and memo to the client in the file, nothing from
Daryl. The meeting was with Daryl and Kevin Martin on 9/16/05. Daryl basically
called the stream perennial from the existing farm road crossing downstream and
everything above it as intermittent. This point is indicated on Impact Area #3 map
as "EX. 15" RCP AT EX. PATH CROSSING (15' LONG)" (see below). The Corps (Andy's)
importance calls were higher than Daryl's. I hope this is helpful.
