Mr. Fowler:
On January 17, 2024, Roberto Scheller of this Office conducted an on -site inspection at the subject
facility. This inspection was conducted to ensure compliance with A to C #036269A03. A
Certification of Completion dated January 11, 2024, was received in the Mooresville Regional
Office. At the time of inspection, the Lower Rocky River Pump Station was operational. The
following items were noted to have been installed:
Two (2) 6,944 GPM submersible influent pumps with VFDs and one (1) 2,500-gallon bladder
sewage surge tank, in -kind replacement of four (4) 6,944 GPM submersible influent pumps,
replace of existing vacuum breakers, replacement of HVAC systems in electrical room and all
related piping and controls. It was noted that electricians were working on -site at the time of
inspection.
