This letter follows up on our telephone response to your 11 September, 20071etter, in which you
requested that we provide your office with additional information needed to complete your
permit evaluation. You requested submission of the materials by 11 October, 2007, or at
minimum a written confirmation acknowledging your letter, and providing a timetable for its
subsequent submission.
I confirm receipt of your 11 September, 2007 letter. We completing the technical items you
requested and fully intend to submit the requested materials.
We are on schedule for completing the technical information by October 11, 2007. We are
making our best effort to submit the complete package to your office by 11 October, 2007, but
our agent Robin Maycock and registered professional engineer Patrick Shillington may require
several more days -not to exceed one week - to assemble and submit the information, and will
deliver the complete package between 11 and 18 October, 2007.
