APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF NC EEP MITIGATION PAYMENT DUE DATE
Dear Mr. Holman:
On November 2, 2007, the Division of Water Quality received a letter dated October 31, 2007, from you
regarding an extension to the due date for submission of your final storm water management plan which is
due by December 20, 2007 for the above-referenced project as required in Condition No. 7 of your 401
Water Quality Certification, issued to you on October 22, 2007. You have requested that the due date for
submission of your final storm water management plan for the above-referenced project be extended to
June 19, 2009. Although, we have granted due date extensions for submission of final storm water
management plans for up to 120 days, the DWQ will not be able to grant this request.
This letter only addresses the granting of an extension to the due date for submission of final storm water
management plan for the above-referenced project as required in Condition No. 7 of your 401 Water Quality
Certification and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers. Please be aware that
any impacts requested within your application are not authorized (at this time) by the DWQ. Please call Ms.
