On November 8, 2007, Lia Myott, of the 401 OversightBxpress Permitting Unit of the Division of Water Quality,
conducted a site visit to review your Zone 2 riparian buffer planting plan implementation. Afew small issues
needed to be addressed and on November 9, 2007 you provided photographs of the addressed items. This office
is satisfied with the progress of this. site. Once we have received a copy of the deed restriction (which must be
submitted to our office no later than 15 days after it is recorded), we will consider this project complete.
However, future inspections to ensure compliance with the restrictive covenants are possible.
