Thanks Liz,
I just wanted to make sure that's not going to throw anyone for a loop since it's already in processing.
Thanks

Subject: [Non-DoD Source] PCN for AR-372
Hi Holley and Liz,
I submitted a PCN for a reef project at AR-372 last weekvia the DEQ electronic portal. I guess as part of that
process, a DWR 401 permit was applied for in error. Historically, we have not needed NCDWR approval for
artificial reef projects occurring in the ocean outside of 3 nautical miles. A404 permit is included in the Corps
processing as part of the RGP for artificial reefs.
I reallyjust need it to move along to the Corps but am unsure how best to do that.
Any help would be appreciated.
