I guess as part of that process, a DWR 401 permit was applied for in error. Historically, we have not needed NCDWR approval for artificial reef projects occurring in the ocean outside of 3 nautical miles. A404 permit is included in the Corps processing as part of the RGP for artificial reefs. I reallyjust need it to move along to the Corps but am unsure how best to do that. Any help would be appreciated.
