RE: Soulmate LLC Fire Suppression Pond
On September 21' 2015, 1 made a site visit to this project to inspect for the general conformance with
the plans specifications and permits. I found that the project generally conforms to the specifications
and that the restored wetland and streams are functioning and with appropriate time and revegetation
will be restored to original condition I also noted that the existing driveway off of the main road was not
maintained.
