Thank you for returning my call so promptly. Please file the
correspondence necessary for the contractors who are working on
the Hanes Mall Blvd. site to place excess fill dirt on my property. I am
enclosing a copy of the February 2002 letter that you wrote
authorizing the original fill dirt on the same site. As I explained to you
on the phone, we are placing more dirt on top of the dirt that was
placed in 2002.
