plant had daily violations for BOD, NH3, and TSS. The violation were a result of 2 rain events that caused heavy flows to enter the plant in a short period of time. Stafftook measures to hold the solids in
plant by shutting down the oxidation ditch rotors and utilizing the empty secondary oxidation ditch. Due to the amount of time the plant was down in each case, violations occurred due to low oxygen in the
it at the time of sampling. Once additional sampling was done, it showed the plant had recovered quickly and all paremeters returned to comliant level. The Wilmington Regional Office was notified about the
