Attached is a revised page A.(2) showing the correct outfall 003 for Flow. Please remove the existing page A.(2) and replace it with the attached. (2.) EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS AND MONITORING REQUIREMENTS During the period beginning on the effective date of this permit and lasting until expiration, the Permittee is authorized to discharge Wastewater from filter backwash and softener regeneration backwash from the Water Treatment Plant from internal outfall 003. All upstream and downstream samples shall be grab samples. Instream samples at D2 shall be collected three times per week during the months of June, July, August and September, and once per week during the remaining months of the year. Instream samples at DI shall be collected once per week during the months of June, July, August and September. All instream samples shall be collected at the top and bottom of the water column. Salinity, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, and temperature should be taken at one -foot intervals, measured vertically in the water column. ln:tream monit-oring requirement:: may be provisionally waived her Condition The Total Residual Chlorine limit is applicable only if chlorine, is present in the waste water. All samples collected should be from a representative discharge event. There shall be no discharge of floating solids or visible foam in other than trace amounts.
