MEMORANDUM
TO: Ms. Renee Gledhill-Early
FROM: John N. Morris
SUBJECT: Visit to Historic Site at Jordan Lake
We have made arrangements for the visit to the historic site at the
Forest Resources Division area at Jordan Lake on May 7 from 1:00 to 5 00 p.m.
We will meet in the visitors parking lot across Wilmington Street from
the Archdale Building at 1:00 p.m. The Forest Resources Division will provide
a van so that we can all travel to Jordan Lake together. We will have enough
spaces saved to accommodate four persons from the Department of Cultural
Resources.
Allowing one hour for the trip down and the same amount for coming back,
we should have available from one to two hours to inspect the site as needed.
Thank you for your help in arranging this meeting and we will look forward
to seeing you on May 7.
