(Baker) onsite to review the Blockhouse Creek Restoration Project prior to submittal of the Restoration Plan. EEP received copies of the Restoration Plan on October 11, 2007 for review and comment. The plan anticipatesthe restoration of 4,830_linear feet (lf), enhancement of 972 lf, and preservation of 393 if of stream. The Ecosystem Enhancement Program (EEP) has completed its review of the restoration plan and has no additional comments at this time. Please proceed with acquiring all necessary permits and/or certifications and complete the implementation of the earthwork portion of the mitigation project (Task 4). A copy of this letter should be included with your 4011404 permit applications. For the purpose of obtaining approval of the erosion and sedimentation control plan for this ptoject, I have also attached a memorandum confirming that Baker Engineering is the Owner and Financially Responsible Party, and has full operational control fox all matters pertaining to constriction of this project. Please sign and attach this memorandum to the Financial Responsibility/Ownership form of flee erosion and sedimentation control plan application. Failure to do so may delay approval of the plan.
