We are requesting a statement from Water Quality concerning the 30 foot buffer. Our process is all done
via water. We float the dock components to the site via a pontoon and then build the dock on the water. We use a
barge and crane on the water for placement of the dock and gangway. We do not do any work via land. This dock will
be placed at 2614 Buffalo Shoals Rd. Statesville, NC 28677 Bradley A. Boyd Please find attachments of surveys for this
