On November 1, 2018, Ms. Leona Miles, Atlanta Environmental Management, Inc.,
uploaded an Owner Affiliation Change Form identifying myself as the legally responsible official
for the 'North. Carolina Renewable Power Lumberton LLC Stormwater NPDES Permit
.NCS000349. Mr. Steven R. Ingle,the previous Official, is no longer associated with the project.
As the Executive Vice President, I am authorizing Mr. Ciaran McManus, North Carolina
Renewable Power Lumberton LLC Operations and Maintenance Manager, to sign monthly
discharge monitoring reports and other reports deemed necessary under this permit. Mr.
McManus has responsibility for the overall operation of this facility and as such is considered a
duly authorized representative for me.
