This is my third and final attempt to address this unpaid permit fee associated with the property located
at 2608 Gilliam Rd.
This property was sold in Feb of 2023 to a buyer we never met or spoke with as all communication was
performed through real estate agents and attorneys. I have attached all documents showing EBC Capital
sold the property to an LLC called Gilliam Springs, LLC a year ago, including the new deed showing a
transfer of ownership. I also attached a LOI showing some additional information regarding the
purchaser of the property.
As a final note, EBC Capital LLC no longer exists and was terminated in Dec of 2023.
This will be my final correspondance regarding this matter.
