General Statute 143-215.3D(a)(4).The annual fee was billed on 1/1/2024 and was due on 2/1/2024.The annual fee applies to the following construction site: Fish Hawk Ranch Subdivision Phase 1 Lots 7,10,47,54-55,60-64 Osprey Ridge Drive and Arched Wing Way, Panther Branch Township, NC Wake County Certificate of Coverage No. NCC200353 NC Reference No. NCG01-2020-0353 If the project was closed out prior to the invoice due date, please request a Notice of Termination. Follow the instructions on the NPDES Construction Program website(deq.nc.gov/NCG01). If the project was not closed out or sold prior to the invoice due date, please pay the permit fee using the Stormwater ePayment website(deq.nc.gov/SW-ePayments). Failure to address this deficiency within 30 calendar days could result in the issuance of a Notice of Violation and potential civil penalty assessment of up to$25,000 per day for failing to maintain permit coverage.
