Dave-
I am emailing regarding the NCDWR certification for B-5128 in Randolph Co. Andy Williams at USACE recently issued the
404 permits for this project, which include NWPs 12, 13, 23, and 33 (please see attached). In our application for the

project, we had only applied for NWPs 13, 23, and 33, since we thought that the temporary utility impact would fall
under the 33. Since Andy has added the NWP 12, I was emailing to see if it was possible to modify/revise the
certification for this project to include the corresponding WQC for the NWP 12. If you could email me back when you
have an opportunity it would be much appreciated.
