Daniel,

This letter is in response to your January 10, 2024 letter to Pavillon International for
Britten Creek WWTP attached.

Per your letter, we exceeded the daily maximum limit for fecal coliform on 10/11/23 and
10/25/23 with a 709#/100ml and 745#/100ml over the 400 mg/L daily limit.

We had a good chlorine residual in the contact chamber, so would not expect a fecal hit.
As a result, we pumped out the chlorine contact chamber to the digester. Fecal tests are
now compliant.
