surveyor's efforts to have the site removed from the 100 flood zone, rather than apply for a flood

Hello, David.
I spoke with the surveyor and with the Brunswick Co. Floodplain Administrator, who said there's a
good chance a LOMAR will be granted, but its not guaranteed and who knows how long it will take
to get it. That being said, we are working toward securing the floodplain development permit,
which I will forward upon receipt. As discussed, I would like to withdraw the previously submitted
ePCN and replace it with the attached, which changes the request to a NWP 14 instead of a NWP
29.
