Dear Mr. Huettmann,
Division of Water Resources' Central and Regional staff has reviewed the application package
received on October 10, 2023. However, the Division requires additional information before completing
our review. Please address the items on the attached pages no later than the close of business on February
5, 2024.
Please be aware that the Applicant is responsible for meeting all requirements set forth in North
Carolina rules and regulations. The Applicant is also responsible for any oversights that occur during the
review of the subject application package. The Division may return the application as incomplete pursuant
to 15A NCAC 02T .0107(e)(2) if any omissions are made when responding to the outstanding items in
Sections A through B or the Applicant fails to provide the additional information on or before the above -
requested date.
Please reference the subject application number when providing the requested information. The
Applicant shall sign, seal, and date (where applicable) all revised and/or additional documentation and
submit an electronic response to my attention via the Non -Discharge online portal.

A. Application (Form: WWIS-R 02-21):
1. The application for the renewal of Permit WQ0010034 was submitted on the incorrect form. Please
resubmit the application package using form WWIS-R 02-21 which can be found on the Non -
Discharge website. Please note that a second Additional Information Request may be issued
depending on the information submitted in the updated application package.
B. Lease Agreement:
1. The 3,200,000 gallon treatment/storage lagoon is bisected by two properties, with one leased to
Acre Station Meat Farm, Inc. (GPIN #6647-79-8108) and the other owned by the President of Acre
Station Meat Farm, Inc., Ronald E. Huettmann, and Richard J. Huettmann (GPIN #6647-89-6541).
Because the second property is owned by Mr. Huettmann and Mr. Huettmann, not Acre Station
Meat Farm, Inc., please do one of the following:
a. Submit an agreement to lease the property pursuant to 15A NCAC 02T .0504(f)(3) that is
written, notarized, and signed by both parties, indicating the intended use of the property,
accompanied by a plat or survey map. Lease agreements shall adhere to the requirements of
15A NCAC 02L .0107.
b. Resubmit the application package for Permit WQ0010034 with Acre Station Meat Farm, Inc.
and Ronald E. Huettmann and Richard J. Huettmann listed as co-permittees.
