Project was accepted for review on October 25, 2022. Comments were issued on January 23, 2023. Additional
information was provided on February 21, 2023. Review is expected to be complete by May 22, 2023.

They asked about switching to the Fast-track process when the first round of comments was issued, but they decided to
stick with the Standard permitting route.

There are issues with overlapping permit coverage area/impacts to previously permitted SCMs and they tried
(unsuccessfully) to use runoff volume matching to meet site treatment requirements.
