Gary,
hope all is well, have you had time to look into this Pinewood project in regards to
what may be needed to have the permits issued? Thanks for the help as always and let
me know if there is anything you may need from Kim or 1. Thanks Gary.

Mr. Gunn,
I believe we've worked together on several different projects in the past.
I'm still catching up on emails from the Christmas and New Years break.
Let me do some more research and coordination with Kim and Holly to see were we
currently sit with this project. I'll get back to you early next week.
Thanks for your patience,
Respectfully,
Gary

, Gary/Holley,
I hope all is well, my name is Stew Gunn and I am the (new, started in early December)
Land Development Manager at Stanley Martin Homes. I have been doing residential land
development in the Wilmington and greater area for around 8 years now, so I think you have
both helped me with some past projects with prior employers. But I wanted to reach out to
see if there was anything I could do to help have these permits issued for this "Cannon
Tract" that Kim emailed about below. I know I am coming in at the "last minute" and asking
about it but we are needing to go-ahead and install some of these stream crossings in the
phase 1 of this development. I really appreciate any help you could provide to help have
these permits issued, as well let me know anything you may need from me. Thank you.

Hi Gary and Holley
Just checking back in and wanted to make sure you both had everything you need to issue
the Section 404/401 permits.
Thanks!

Hi Gary and Holley
Just following up again on the Stanley Martin Cannon Tract.
Holley- Are you waiting on Gary's MFR regarding the non jd wetlands in order to issue
the 401? Just want to make sure I understand where we are with this.
Thanks!

HI Gary
I ran this project through IPAC a few months ago and just added you as a member,
so hopefully you can find it now. I'll get an updated credit reservation letter from
LCFUMB.
Thanks!

Kim,
As I mentioned a couple days ago or weeks ago?
We've gotten guidance that the current/existing wetland delineation can be used
to proceed with the permit application review.
The wetlands onsite have already been field verified. The previously called
"Isolated wetlands" would now be called "non jurisdictional wetlands".
Below are items that I still need to do or need done before I can issue the
permit:
-NLEB & Tri colored Bat -
Can you please enter this project into USFWS IPAC. I don't see a record for it.
USFWS requires a 15 day mandatory review period.
-Validate that Mitigation credits are still available to purchase -
Please reach out to LCFUMB to ensure that they still have the proposed credits
available
-In House Memorandum For Record (MFR)-
This is something that I will need to put together to document that the
"previously called Isolated Wetlands" have been evaluated and remain "Non -
Jurisdictional Wetlands under the new rule.
I think that's it. This one would have been issued months ago, except it got stuck
between the Sackett Case and the new rule change.
Respectfully,
Gary
