Do you know if a fee request email went out for this one? The applicant reached out to the USACE and stated that he
has not received on - I peeked at LF and I only see the PN email. Its under DWR# 20231708.

Is there anyway that DWR can accept this one without a EPCN. He did fill out the PCN form just not the EPCN due to
computer issues.

I have seen other applicants submit no EPCN PCNs through a DWR project review portal, is that a op?on for this person?

I checked with DWR Central Office where our applica?ons are processed before being routed to the regional offices for
review and it appears that they have not received this applica?on yet.

If you would like a formal DWR review for this project, please submit the applica?on via the PCN link:
