This review reflected compliance with the subject permit. Other observations: • A total of 40.4 tons were land applied, 1.4 tons/ac. • Seven fecal samples were collected March 14 through 28, 2023. • The reported fecal geometric mean was 164,021. Staff calculated 164,038. • 30 day bench scale test was used for vector reduction requirements. The provided lab sheets to not show if total solids were less than 2%. Staff calculated different reduction values based on different methods, but all values were < 15%. • Lime was applied to both fields in the 2023 calendar year. • Soil samples were collected 11/7/2023. • N&M samples were collected on 5/3/2023. pH 6.4 was written on the lab report with no field sheets showing a pH measurement. TCLP results show pH as 6.6. Potassium was not included on RSSF, lab results show potassium results as 7,900 mg/kg. • TCLP samples were collected on 5/3/2023.
