This letter serves as an official acknowledgment of receipt of NOV-2024-LM-
0003 and NOV-2024-LM0061 and our attempt to have a response to DWR staff within
ten (10) business days.

We take this DWR NOV received very seriously and are addressing the facility
operation issues noted. We are working closely with our facility consultants from SWE
Group to determine an effective and lasting solution to the issues at hand. Attached is a
letter from SWE Group in coordination with team member Stephen Crawford, PE, with
Crawford Engineering and Consulting, PA.

We intend to offer a tentative schedule for implementation after a thorough
review of the current facility operations and adequate data collection is complete.
