The buffer area is a very hard picture to get to entirety because of the bend and grade of the property. I have attached two pics showing the trees requested to be removed. As well as additional views of the property buffer. Let me know if this helps! Thank you! I need to see what the buffer area looks like where they will be temporarily clearing to complete the stabilization of the shoreline. Attached 2. Attached 3. The 10’ clearing along the shoreline that is indicated in the submitted plan is actually a temporary access corridor that will be reseeded. This lot has plenty of access area that does not need to be “cleared” above the buffer. This is essentially the “path” the contractor will use to stabilize the seawall. There is no current stabilization in place on this property, including rip rap. 4. Attached 5. Attached. The two trees the homeowner is asking to have removed have different circumstances. The first tree has exposed roots and is dying. The second tree is diseased/dead. I apologize that note was not correct in the application, as the information was miscommunicated to me. Thank you for your help, as always. I do not get many shoreline applications so, I am still learning terminology!
