To Whom It May Concern:
This correspondence serves as the Haw River Nutrient Compliance Association (HRNCA) Year -End
Compliance Report for CY2023 in order to comply with Part 1 Section A.(5.) of the Association's NPDES
Permit NCC000003. The permit includes the following requirements for the CY 2023 report:
■ Tabular summary of total and individual Total Phosphorus loads discharged by the Association
and Co-Permittee Members
■ Tabular summary of total and individual Total Nitrogen loads discharged by the Association and
Co-Permittee Members
■ Summary of transactions affecting Total Phosphorus allocations of the Association or Co-
Permittee Members
■ Summary of transactions affecting Total Nitrogen allocations of the Association or Co-Permittee
Members
■ Association Officers and Membership Summary
■ Other Information

Year -End Report for CY 2023 — NPDES Permit #NCC000003
The HRNCA hereby submits the Year -End Report for CY 2023.
The information required by NPDES Permit Part I — A.(5.)(c.) is included as follows:
i. Tabular Summary of the total and individual Total Phosphorus loads discharged by the
Association and its Co-Permittee members (End of Pipe Loadings and Delivered to Lake Loadings
are included as a separate attachment)
ii. Tabular Summary of the total and individual Total Nitrogen loads discharged by the Association
and its Co-Permittee members (End of Pipe Loadings and Delivered to Lake Loadings are
included as a separate attachment)
iii. HRNCA Member List including Officers, Board Members and Board Alternates with contact
information (Member list is included as a separate attachment)
iv. There have been no discharges, purchases, sales, trades, leases, or other transactions affecting
the Total Phosphorus allocation of the Association or its Co-Permittee members during Calendar
Year 2023.
V. There have been no discharges, purchases, sales, trades, leases, or other transactions affecting
the Total Nitrogen allocation of the Association or its Co-Permittee members during Calendar
Year 2023.
Other Information:
■ The HRNCA members are proud to report that in CY 2023 the group discharged only 34.6%
of the Total Phosphorus Delivered to Jordan Lake Allocation included in Permit NCC000003.
■ The HRNCA members are proud to report that in CY 2023 the group discharged only 53.8%
of the Total Nitrogen Delivered to Jordan Lake Allocation included in Permit NCC000003.
