2. Catawba Buffer notification form
3. Explanation for 10' clearing along the shoreline
4. Pictures of the buffer area that show the 10' clearing requested.
5. Pictures of the 2 requested trees with exposed roots requested to be removed.
Your project will be considered ON HOLD until I receive all of the requested information.
