Mr. Thomas —
The PCN submitted September 10, 2015 for the Lot 21 Stream Crossing is being withdrawn
(previous SAW Action lD# 2005 20968 and DWR# 2005 1 1 17). The Owner /Developer has
decided not to take the path of an individual permit and mitigation fees. We are reviewing
options and costs for a no impact bridge that will take some time to determine a final decision.
