According to the correspondence from SHPO dated June 14, 2023 and August 15, 2023, the proposed undertaking is
located within the South Marshville Historic District (UN0480), and as proposed, the project will have an adverse effect
on the historic district. Therefore, we will be consul?ng with SHPO and other interested par?es on the avoidance,
minimiza?on, and/or mi?ga?on of the adverse effects to ensure compliance with Sec?on 106 of the Na?onal Historic
Preserva?on Act, before moving forward with verifying use of the Na?onwide permit.
