The impacts were accounted for in the original permit, however there may be new development related impacts that the USACE will require to be shown during this permitting phase. Also, DOT will not be the owner of the new section of road, the City of Graham will be and stormwater will have to be addressed with regards to their Phase II program. Please assign to me when it arrives as this project has a long history and I'll get Dave's input during review. This PCN is intended to modify /replace the previous PCNs due to extending the original roadway ending at station 72 +00 +/- all the way out to Gov. Scott Farm Road. Only impacts at stream SG have changed. The new construction drawings that start at station 72 +00 +/- and end at Gov. Scott Farm Road (sta. 116 +00 + / -) are included with the PCN. Also included with this PCN are the impact drawings where the Cover sheet and impact drawing for stream SG have been revised. Hard copies will be placed in the mail.
