For Item #1, I met with Mr. James Graham on 2 September 2015 to determine the applicability of riparian buffers to the tributaries shown on this property. The tributary shown in the proposed development area was determined to be "Not Subject To Buffers ". I have enclosed four copies of the Buffer Determination letter (NBRRO #15 -365) that was issued on 3 September 2015. For Item #2, I have enclosed four copies of full -size plan sheets stamped by the engineer.
