Hello Warren,

Thank you for taking my call to discuss the subject project. As discussed, the project proposes 3,561 Sf of wetland impact
associated with a linear transporta?on project and requests verifica?on under NWP 14.

The submi?ed PCN provided Site coordinates (35.656 -82.172). The provided coordinates do not seem to align with the
site plan and parcel informa?on. The Corps assume the correct site coordinates are: 35.634300, -82.203517. Please
verify the correct site coordinated for this project.

As discussed, the site plan indicates a culverted crossing that you stated was preexis?ng. When was this culvert
installed and what was the purpose for the original impact? Please note, prior impacts installed under exempt ac?ves
may require authoriza?on when the use of the structure/impact is not longer part of an exempt ac?vity.

The PCN referenced submission of a PJD request. Please provide a copy of the PJD submission or the ac?on ID (SAW
number) assigned to the PJD request.
