Do not click links or open attachments unless verified. Report suspicious emails with the Report Message button located on your Outlook menu bar on the Home tab. Hey Sam & Andrew, Construction has started on Long Creek Greenway and Stream Enhancement Phase 3 (DWR #20211267 v2 & SAW- 2023-00047) and the contractor let us know that installation of one of the temporary stream crossings is not feasible at its current location on McIntyre Creek. We'd therefore like to shift the crossing 50 to 100 feet downstream of the permitted location (see attached figure for location). The shift would result in an additional temporary impact along McIntyre Creek because temporary impact S15 is still necessary to remove an existing golf cart bridge. Would the additional impact require a permit modification? If so, what documentation (GIS figure, etc.) would be sufficient to document the adjustment?
