Dear Sir or Madam:

This letter of modification (refinement) is in reference to your 2/02/2024 request for a modification
(refinement) of Major CAMA Permit No. 130-23 which expires on 11/03/2028. The request is to shift the
alignment of section C1 of authorized marsh sills by shortening the sill originally proposed in section C1
by the existing docking facility, construction of a larger gap of 19’ under the dock due to coastal
wetlands and shifting the rest of the sill to the east while maintaining the 5’ and 10’ gaps (the sill would
not move more waterward or landward). This development is hereby authorized as requested. All
permit conditions including the 11/03/2028, expiration date still apply and remain unchanged as well as
the following specific conditions:

All work must be completed as shown on plat dated received by DCM via e-mail on
02/02/2024.
The 10’ and 5’ gaps between should be maintained.
