It has come to the Division of Water Resources attention that the permit referenced above inadvertently
had the incorrect 8-inch sewer line length. The originally issued permit dated March 1, 2023, stated an
approximate sewer line length of 2,296 linear feet (LF). The correct description of sewer line length for
the project should be as follows:
• Approximately 1,896 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer
Please add this correction letter to your permit. All other conditions and stipulations in the permit issued
March 1, 2023 remain the same. Upon final certification of the project (as required by Part 11.7 of the
permit), please note this correction letter.
