To prevent headcutting in JS at Site 15, NCDOT proposes placing approx. 20 sq. ft. of Class B stone within the
JS at Sta. 390+50. The stone would be placed within an area previously authorized for perm. stream impacts.
This activity would result in no additional stream impacts.
