As of today, the Division has not received all the requested information. Specifically, the Division has not received a response to the following item: ➢ "Compliance Schedule I.3 of Permit WQ0012709 issued on May 8, 2017, has not been met. This condition requires the Permittee have the adequacy of the current pumping system evaluated by a qualified professional and subsequently submit a report of the findings to the Division's Central and Wilmington Regional Offices. The Flow meter was installed on 10/4/2023 and after installation a pump test was ran for 10 minutes to obtain an accurate measurement of the wastewater being applied to the fields. The pump run test was conducted to verify the new flow meter against flow at a spray head rate of 8.66 gpm. The test area used had a total of 7 spray heads. There are four tanks total on site, the most northern tank was out of service and not inspected. Based upon my visual inspection, I certify the structural integrity of the three 17,000 gal AST. The tanks have no signs of leakage, infill piping and drain piping are secure and in good condition. Access hatches are properly fastened.
