TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I took action and as of February 1st,2024, I am back with sufficient freeboard
in accordance with th facility's Certified Animal Waste Management plan and
th NC Swine Waste Management System General Permit #AWG100000.
I will do everything I can to keep this freeboard level at the desired level.
