Enclosed is a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection for the inspection conducted
at the subject facility on August 30, 2017, by Ori Tuvia. Your cooperation during the site visit
was much appreciated.
The main area of concern discovered during the inspection was that the most recent
record of sampling done was from 2010. Annual sampling is needed to ensure the treatment
system is working. Sampling records must be kept so they can be reviewed in future
inspections. (list of approved labs attached)
